Kindergarten Program

The Kindergarten Program emphasizes group play and helps develop social skills and self-esteem. Our Kindergartners spend most of their time together and gradually throughout the year are incorporated into activities with the 1st through 6th graders. Kindergartners engage in activities that involve science, art, cooking, gardening, sports and Jewish cultural programming.

1st through 3rd Graders

1st through 3rd graders enjoy daily activity choices, featuring art projects, cooking, sports and games, drama, chess, computers and sciences. They can choose between the organized activities in an open studio and other, less formal activities, such as board games, legos, or other forms of free play. An integral component of the program is the opportunity for children to explore the world of visual arts in our professionally staffed art room.

4th, 5th, 6th Graders

?The Lounge? is specifically designed for this older group of 4th, 5th, 6th graders to have the opportunity to be part of our C.I.T. (counselor in training) program, which includes reading stories to the preschoolers and kindergartners, or choosing from a variety of scheduled activities. The Lounge is the perfect place to do homework, use the computer lab or just hang out with friends. Well-qualified staff, who particularly enjoy this age group, supervise and plan for the upper graders.
